Sweep or vacuum Tivoli regularly to keep abrasive grit from working into the wear layer — a soft-bristle attachment works better than a beater bar. For cleaning, use a pH-neutral vinyl floor cleaner such as Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate or a diluted Rejuvenate Vinyl Floor Cleaner; avoid anything acidic, oil-based, or wax-based. That said, water that sits long enough to seep under the floor and reach the subfloor can still cause subfloor damage, so prompt cleanup of large spills or leaks is still smart practice.

Urine and water-based messes wipe up without staining or swelling the core. Very large, heavy dogs with sharp nails can still leave marks on any vinyl floor, but this wear layer gives strong resistance.
Tivoli is SPC — stone-polymer composite — which means its core is made from limestone powder and PVC, not the softer foam-filled core used in traditional LVP. SPC is denser and dimensionally more stable, making it less prone to denting under heavy furniture and more resistant to temperature-related expansion. The trade-off is that it’s slightly firmer underfoot than softer LVP.
