The hardest floor,
built for water.
Dense, fully waterproof porcelain tile — engineered for Southwest Florida’s bathrooms, kitchens, lanais, and pool decks. Frost- and scratch-resistant, impervious to humidity and salt air, and built to last the life of your home.

Why choose
porcelain tile?
Porcelain is the toughest, most water-resistant floor you can put in a Southwest Florida home. Fired at extreme heat into a dense, low-porosity body, it is fully waterproof, frost- and scratch-resistant, and completely unbothered by our humidity and salt air.
Because the tile is so dense, the color and pattern run through a deep body rather than sitting in a thin printed layer, so it resists chips, scratches, and decades of traffic without wearing through. It installs beautifully over a concrete slab, stays cool underfoot in the heat, and is the right answer for any room that meets water — bathrooms, kitchens, entryways, lanais, and pool decks. The honest tradeoffs: it is harder and cooler than luxury vinyl, and the grout joints need occasional cleaning and sealing.
A forever floor that earns its price
Porcelain costs more up front than vinyl or laminate, and it pays you back by lasting the life of the home — no wear-through, no water damage, no replacement cycle. From $8.99/sq ft, professionally installed.

Truly waterproof — body and all
Porcelain absorbs almost no water (0.5% or less), so it cannot swell, warp, or delaminate. It is the safest floor for showers, kitchens, lanais, and pool decks, and it shrugs off our humidity and coastal salt air without a second thought.

Expert tile setting, included
Porcelain is only as good as its installation — flat substrate, full mortar coverage, and dead-level large-format tile. Every project includes professional setting, free furniture moving, and free old-floor removal, done right the first time.
- Experienced tile-setting crew
- Free furniture moving & old-floor removal
- Proper slab prep for flat, lippage-free tile

How to care for your porcelain tile
Porcelain is about as close to indestructible as flooring gets — the tile itself never needs sealing or waxing. A simple routine keeps it pristine, and the only part that wants occasional attention is the grout.
- Sweep or vacuum often — sandy beach grit is the only thing that dulls a finish
- Damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner — no wax, no polish, no harsh acids
- Clean the grout periodically and reseal it every year or two in wet areas

What sets porcelain apart
Porcelain pairs the looks of natural stone and marble with a body so dense it is waterproof and nearly indestructible — the right floor for real homes in a hot, wet, coastal climate.

Marble & stone, made tougher
High-definition porcelain captures the veining of Carrara and Statuario marble, the depth of onyx, and the texture of natural stone and wood — in large-format planks and tiles, without any of the upkeep of the real thing.

Impervious, dense core
A water absorption rate at or below 0.5% means porcelain is impervious — it cannot swell or warp. Frost- and heat-stable and unbothered by salt air, it is purpose-built for showers, kitchens, lanais, and pool decks.

The hardest surface there is
Porcelain is the densest, hardest flooring you can buy. Color runs through the body, so it resists scratches, dents, and heavy furniture and keeps its finish through decades of traffic, kids, and pets — realistically the life of the home.

Built for Southwest Florida
We’ve installed flooring here for 20+ years. Here’s exactly how porcelain tile handles our climate — humidity, salt, heat, and sand — and the things worth knowing.
Wet zones & slab floors
Bathrooms, kitchens, lanais, and pool decks meet water daily, and SWFL homes sit on damp slab-on-grade. Porcelain’s impervious body handles all of it — it is the one floor you can put anywhere water goes without a second thought.
Coastal salt air
Salt air corrodes and degrades many materials over time. Porcelain is inert ceramic — nothing to rot, rust, or break down — so it stays beautiful right on the water, indoors and out on covered lanais.
Heat & stays cool
Porcelain is frost- and heat-stable and actually stays cool underfoot in our summers — a comfort in a hot climate, and unaffected if you close the house up and head north for the season.
Slip safety & grout
For wet areas and pool decks we use a textured, higher-slip-rated tile so it is safe underfoot when wet. Grout is the one porous part — we seal it in wet zones and recommend a periodic reseal to keep it fresh.
