Tile With Cgt In Blanca Marble SPC Tile starts at $3.99/sq ft installed in Fort Myers — a soft white field with subtle gray veining that reads like genuine marble without the upkeep marble demands. This is TRUCOR’s TILE collection with CGT (Ceragrout Technology), a floating SPC tile that clicks together with realistic grout-line edges built right into the profile. It’s a clean, coastal-ready look at a practical price.

What Tile With Cgt In Blanca Marble SPC Tile is built for

Southwest Florida homes put floors through a specific kind of stress: concrete slabs that shift with moisture, salt air that corrodes and humidifies year-round, and sandy foot traffic tracked in from the beach. Blanca Marble’s 6.0 mm SPC core is dimensionally stable — it won’t cup or gap the way wood-based floors do when humidity swings between a cool dry season and a wet summer.

The 20 mil wear layer and TRUWEAR™ finish hold up under daily use in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and open-plan living areas. The I4F floating install works above, on, or below grade, so it fits concrete slab construction without adhesive — and the attached IXPE pad adds a bit of give underfoot on hard surfaces.

Installed pricing in Fort Myers & Southwest Florida

Flooring Queen’s installed price for this SPC tile is $3.99 per square foot. That covers the full scope of a standard residential install: pulling up your old floor covering, disposing of it off-site, leveling minor surface irregularities, installing the tile with transitions and moldings, and cleaning up when we leave. Baseboards and standard transition strips are included.

Some projects carry additional costs: significant subfloor leveling beyond routine surface prep, stair nosing, or decorative inlays and custom border work. We offer a free in-home measurement visit and will put your project total in writing before any work begins — no surprises on invoice day.

How Tile With Cgt In Blanca Marble SPC Tile compares

Porcelain tile is the obvious cross-shop here — same marble look, similar 12×24 format, used in the same rooms. Porcelain wins on hardness and perceived resale value; it’s genuinely stone-hard and can last decades in place. The trade-offs are real, though. Porcelain requires a mortar bed, grout maintenance, and professional leveling on imperfect substrates — costs that add up fast. It’s also cold and hard underfoot, which matters in open-plan living spaces.

Blanca Marble SPC floats without adhesive, installs above or below grade, and the Ceragrout edge eliminates traditional grout lines entirely — meaning no sealing, no staining, and no re-grouting down the road. It’s softer underfoot and significantly less expensive installed. Where porcelain has the edge: heat resistance, scratch hardness, and longevity measured in decades rather than a residential lifetime warranty.

Care & maintenance

Sweep or dust-mop Blanca Marble regularly to prevent fine grit from working against the wear layer — beach sand is abrasive and Southwest Florida homes accumulate it quickly. Damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner such as Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate or Rejuvenate All-Floors Cleaner; avoid acidic or solvent-based products, which can dull the TRUWEAR™ finish over time. Because the Ceragrout edge is part of the plank profile rather than actual grout, there is nothing to seal or re-grout — skip the steam mop entirely, as concentrated heat and moisture can compromise the locking joints. For technical guidance, see the World Floor Covering Association vinyl flooring guide.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to seal the grout lines on this tile after it’s installed?

No grout sealing is needed — Blanca Marble uses TRUCOR’s Ceragrout (CGT) edge, which means the grout-line appearance is molded into the tile profile itself. There’s no actual grout in the floor, so there’s nothing to seal, stain, or re-grout at any point.

What does the 12×24 format actually look like on the floor, and is lippage a concern?

A 12×24 tile reads long and sleek — it makes narrow rooms feel wider and open-plan spaces feel more continuous. Because this is a floating SPC format rather than a mortar-set ceramic, lippage risk is minimal as long as the subfloor is reasonably flat. Offset (brick-pattern) layouts work well with this size.

Does Flooring Queen install this product outside Fort Myers — say, in Cape Coral or Naples?

Yes, Flooring Queen installs throughout Southwest Florida, including Cape Coral and Naples, as well as Bonita Springs, Estero, and surrounding communities. If you’re unsure whether your address falls within the service area, call or use the online form to confirm before scheduling your measurement visit.

Which rooms in my house make the most sense for this tile, and are there any spaces where it’s a poor fit?

Blanca Marble is rated for above, on, and below grade installation, so it works in ground-floor bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and living areas — including rooms built on concrete slabs. It’s not recommended for outdoor use or spaces with standing water drainage issues. Covered, climate-controlled garages are borderline; confirm with your installer.

What will it actually cost me to keep this floor looking good year after year?

Ongoing care costs are low. A bottle of pH-neutral tile-and-vinyl cleaner like Rejuvenate runs under $15 and lasts months. No refinishing, no resealing, and no grout maintenance is needed. The Ceragrout edge eliminates the one recurring cost that drives up porcelain tile upkeep — routine grout sealing every one to two years.

We leave the house empty from May through October — will temperature and humidity swings cause any problems with this floor?

SPC construction is far more stable than wood-based flooring during seasonal vacancy. The rigid stone-polymer core resists the expansion and contraction cycles that humidity swings cause in laminate or engineered wood. For a Fort Myers home closed up in summer, Blanca Marble should hold its position well — just keep the AC set to at least 78°F to limit extreme heat buildup.
